Diamond Peak Homeowners your support is needed.

In the near future a board member will be leaving the board after 9+ years of service. We are searching for volunteers to run for that position. That position will be open June 1st. In June 2013 two additional board positions will also be open as the board position terms end.

The board positions require on average of about three hours per month plus attendance at quarterly meetings. They have a three year elected term. To be honest, there are no perks other than the feeling that you have contributed positively to the future of the HOA. Over the years the association has developed processes and procedures that have almost placed the managing of the HOA on auto-pilot.

Many of your board members have been members of the board for 8+ years and have done an excellent job of managing the interests of the HOA. New members bring with them new and creative ideas for addressing HOA issues. Your support will be appreciated.
